Ektaa Aggarwal, Director
When a world of influences come together, it leads to great perspective and makes for sound design thinking.
For over a decade now, Ektaa Aggarwal has distilled her experiences from working across continents. Her clients have ranged from Coca-Cola to Ecuador’s tourism board, with Saks Fifth Avenue and Johnson & Johnson in for measure. After graduating from The Pratt Institute, she has worked on campaigns with Spike Lee/DDB, Kraftworks, Platinum design, Public New York and Mad Dogs and Englishmen. Her experience of working in the US and India created a niche space for her to start 369 Incorporated.
369 Incorporated was founded in March 2008 as there was a growing need in the Indian market for brands to work with studios that fill the gap between smaller design studios and big ad agencies.
Ektaa's International experience in both kinds of set-ups gave her the skill sets to start 369 Incorporated — a boutique firm that would offer the comprehensive services and methods of large agencies and at the same time provide the flexibility and dynamism of smaller studios.
Janki Lathia, Designer
She comes to us from from Salt and Pepper Design, Toronto. Janki's experience includes working for one of India’s most prominent brands, Future Group to new & innovative brands such as INK and Tresmode. Prior to working with us she was a design consultant with GQ magazine.
A design graduate from George Brown, Toronto. Janki matches her unrelenting passion for creativity, with fearlessness to explore all realms of design from digital to print to branding. Her proficiency in project management makes her indispensable to our team.
She loves a good design battle, lego, experiencing different cities and a perfect thepla!
Rahul Bhatia, Designer
Rahul has been a writer for over a decade. He has worked at Tehelka, CrickInfo, GQ and Open. Rahul currently is a freelance writer for the Wall street journal. His ability to wear many hats makes him one of the most versatile writers.
His journalistic ability combined with his Design school education makes him a great addition.
Rohit Paul, Brand Strategist
After working with some of the worlds most influential organisations, such as Accenture, Harvard Business Publishing, Hewlett Packard, HSBC Bank and Wipro, Rohit brings to 369 his unique experience in brand strategy and brand engagement.
A graduate from Central Saint Martins in London. He brings an intricate balance of analytical thinking and ‘the big idea’.
Rukhmini Bhatia, Designer
Having worked with clients such as Novotel and The Marriott, Ruki brings her valuable understanding of craft and sensitivity, to hospitality and luxury brands. Her keen discernment for ‘what stands out’, evolved through her experience in event branding for 360 degrees, makes her a valuable editor.
A graduate from MIT – Pune, Ruki's play on typography and love for illustration, adds an ever sprightly zest to 369.
Sachin Kamble, Web developer
Sachin come to us from Yoteam Information Technology, Pune armed with over eleven years of web technology and development experience.
Sachin is passionate about his children and cracking codes!
Shradha Aggarwal, Producer
She comes to us from the Discovery Channel conceptualizing, art directing and producing promos. Shradha graduated from the Parsons, New School University, where she has had a varied range of experiences that influence her work. She's been the production assistant on a Micheal Hoffman film, worked at Boom Pictures-NYC, Indian Express and MTV Networks, New York.
Shradha is passionate about cultural studies and singing dogs!
